CEO: Kathleen Perley

Kathleen Perley, recognized by the Houston Business Journal as one of the '40 Under 40,' is a distinguished leader in digital transformation, particularly within the healthcare sector. As the founder and former CEO of a digital transformation agency, she drove its growth to achieve a remarkable revenue of over $17 million, expanding the team to more than 70 members before its strategic acquisition by two top private equity firms. Kathleen's career beautifully merges academic excellence with practical application, holding a BA in Linguistics and having honed her expertise during a Fulbright Scholarship focused on linguistic research. She served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Unlock Health, where she led the integration of artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiencies and develop new product solutions, reaffirming the transformative impact of AI in business. Her passion for data-driven consumer engagement and digital transformation not only achieves, but consistently surpasses expectations.

Our CTO has more than 25 years of experience building AI and NLP systems, with an additional 5 years of experience in cybersecurity. He has worked in a variety of organizations, from startups to global companies to academic research labs. In his spare time he enjoys a variety of sports, playing the piano, and reading science fiction. He has a PhD in AI and a Masters in AI from two of the leading AI research universities in addition to a BA in Mathematics, a BS in Computer Science, and a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Lead Engineer: temporarily redacted

Our lead engineer has over 30 years of experience developing relational database applications with distributed teams. He loves code, code reviews, unit tests, good documentation, engineering discipline, and being fun at parties. When not writing code for work, he writes code for fun, plays board games with friends, or looks for mole crabs at the beach. He's secretly proud that the logo & bar codes on his local game store's price tags are printed using PostScript code he wrote for fun. His three favorite tabletop war games are Napoleon's Triumph, EastFront, and Rommel in the Desert. He has a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Computer Programming, Philosophy, and Graphic Design).
